Summer with pre alphonso season and raw mangoes everywhere tempts most of us to prepare tge annual pickle that we always pair with our daily meals .. here’s another one that’s hassle free yet tasty and fit for kings !
You will need ..
Raw mangoes cut in any shape you want ..with or without peel .
100grms garlic crushed or grinded.
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons chilli powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon mustard and methi seeds grinded .
1 tablespoon cooking oil.
Wash and drain exess water as ut may cause the pickle to turn pungent .
Add the salt ,turmeric powder , chilli powder ,coriander powder , garlic and mustard methi powder .
Mix it well add oil and mix until it comes above the pickle in bright red colour .
Pack it ina jar and store it for months to come !
yum! have not heard of a raw mango pickle but this certainly piques my interest!! How does it taste?
