Condensed milk, a must for rich and exotic desserts ! Who doesn’t like relishing it with yummy desserts as toppings ? But the price of it at the local markets are certainly a worry for those who prefer having in budget ingredients for thier desserts. And also for those being very health conscious and home made crazy die hard to have most of the things made at home.
Being one of a food explorer, I trying inventing and exploring new methods of preparing market junkies at home in a twist full way . This condensed milk is no exception. When asked , Google answered me with condensedmilk made up of Milk powder, which mostly don’t prefer.
Hence, I tried this new recipe and guess what ? It’s a hit !! Do try it out for making your rich creamy condensed milk withing minutes and easiest not to mention within your budget limits too.
Half litre milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
– bring the milk to boil .
– add sugar .
– Mix the cornflour with half cup of water .
– add it to the mix continuesly stirring .
– let it cook for 5 minutes .
Your condensed milk is ready . You can store it in an airtight container and freeze it too . Enjoy 😊
