Recipe Snacks – Sugary Coated Bread Rolls

       Sweet tooth as I am .. I try to evolve a sweet dish out of every grocery I get my hands on ! This is no exception ! Today , I want to share my newest experiment of making sweet snacks which will be prepared in minutes and leave you smacking your lips for days !
     You need –
Bread Slices – 5
Egg – 1
Milk – 3 tablespoon
Sugar –  1 tablespoon
Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder – 1 teaspoon 
Sugar – 4 tablespoons for rolling bread rolls 
Jam – as needed (You can use any jam)
Butter for frying rolls
Method:
Take egg, milk, 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix this well till it is combined.
Now, take the bread slices and remove the crust off. Now roll them thinly using a rolling pin.
Spread a good amount of jam on them. Roll them very tightly. Do the same to everything.
Heat butter in a pan for frying the rolls.
Now dip the rolls in the eggy mixture and fry them in butter. Cook on all sides so it gets evenly cooked and golden.
Remove them to a plate.
Mix up sugar and cinnamon, so it is well combined.
Now roll the cooked french rolls in the cinnnamon sugar. 
         Now taste the deicacy you prepared and be proud of it !
