Your kid seems to be growing with a 4G speed. He/she was just baby a few years back and today you can see a toddler evolving rapidly. But often with the progress of the body, the nutritional value is forgotten. Well, you definitely don’t want your kid to become tall and be weak and fragile from inside. Have you seen your kid turning into a cranky baby even though you fed the child properly? This might be because of lack of essential nutrients in your child. Instead, if you make a habit to give kids nuts and dry fruits as snacks or occasional homemade fried chips, they’ll have a better bowel and digestive heath. (You can even try roasted beetroot, carrot, sweet potatoes and broccoli chips with light salt and herbs seasoning for them.)
Lesser cold and cough attacks
Cold, cough and fever are majorly caused due to infections because of low immunity level or simply because of excess intake of sugar or preservatives. (And of course cold items.)And even you would agree that all these problems because of unhealthy diet. While having fresh vegetables and fruits along with the beans and millets do improve your child’s immunity level and even they are lesser prone to cold attacks by having these.
The normal body growth
Most of the kids today are either underweight, overweight or their height isn’t regular. You will even find girls turning into the puberty age even before the normal age range. This isn’t at all surprising if your child is not intaking the right amount of nutritions required by the body. If your child is introduced to the right amount of minerals and vitamins from the start, such problems in the body growth never happens.
So now you can well imagine the importance of proper nutritional food intake in your child.
