  1. I’ve tried to incorporate cycling and sitting up positions in my workouts and they surely help a lot. Belly fat reduction isn’t very hard if we do the right things. Good post.

  3. I care a lot about my belly fat. And i agree with most of your tips. I try take stairs instead of elevators and I walk around 2.5 kms daily. One thing, I must say that the pics you have used in the post are awesome. That belly pic looks scary. I will never want that kind of belly.

  4. I used to love cycling as a kid. But, now I’m not very keen on it. I try to walk on the treadmill and resort to body weight workouts. Green tea’s is always a pleasure.
